1. Return Period
Customers may request a return within 30 days from the date the camping supplies are delivered.

To be eligible for a return, the camping supplies must be returned in their original condition.

Unused
Unaltered
Free from damage, stains, odors, or other signs of use
Returned with original packaging when applicable
3. Original Components

8. Return Shipping
For returns caused by a change of mind, incorrect product selection, incorrect quantity selection, change in preference, or another reason not caused by a product or fulfillment issue, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

If camping supplies arrive defective, damaged, or materially incorrect, customers should submit the applicable order information and details concerning the product issue.
10. Return Packaging
Customers are responsible for packaging returned camping supplies appropriately to help protect the products during transportation.
11. Products Not Eligible for Return
A return may be refused if the camping supplies:
Have been used
Have been altered
Have been damaged after delivery
Have stains or odors
Are missing applicable original components
Are returned after the 30-day return period
Otherwise fail to satisfy the return requirements
